That being said, you should be unblocked, unless you did something else as well to get blocked.
We require all staff team, mods, admins, advisors, experts, to be of the age of 13 because we use Discord to communicate and like FANDOM, Discord has in their ToS that members must be 13 or older to use Discord. So when you're 13, then yes, you can apply. There is no guarantee you'll get in if you do something bad within that time span, so just try not to do anything bad and in that time frame, try to know the Rules and Guidelines.
