The Tea can be found next to Coffee in the Coffee Shop that is owned by Archer. You can drink the tea 7 times before it disappears out of your inventory. It is based on British tea, instead of the Jasmine, Oolong or Green tea which was added after this. You can purchase it for 2 Bucks, and it is the cheapest item available from the coffee shop.
