While in-game, players could receive a prompt to take a survey in Adopt Me!. This survey would be prompted, asking the player: "Do you want to take a survey?". After this, the player answered a few questions and submitted their feedback. After a player completed the survey, 
50 would be added to their account. Players can no longer take the Survey.

Question Eleven: Do you play games on Steam?
Question Twelve: Do you watch livestreams?
Question Thirteen: Which site / app do you watch livestreams on?
Question Fourteen: What platforms do you watch TV / movies on?
Question Fifteen: Did you know that Uplift Games develops Adopt Me?

- On Question Sixteen, the player was given a text box to type in their answer, whereas all of the other questions were multiple choice.
