The Steel Drum is an uncommon toy, that plays music when you click it. When you play the drum, the background Adopt Me! music fades away, then fades back in when the tune is over. You can get it from the Star Rewards once you reach 9 Stars. It takes a few days to get, and most players have it. It is also the 1st reward form the Star Rewards.
