120. It can also be obtained through trading.

The Star Balloon features a star-shaped balloon with a thin white string attached to the bottom of it. The star is color-customizable upon purchase, but this choice is final and cannot be changed after.
Usage[]
The Star Balloon allows a player to jump higher when equipped.
