Appearance
The Sandbox Island, unlike any other house, features a gray stone portal as its exterior; this portal is surrounded by three palm trees, each of which are decorated with small brown coconuts. The portal emits a yellow glow and leads to an island rather than a house's interior. Inside the Sandbox Island, there is a large beach with water, palm trees, and wooden steps.
Trivia
- The Sandbox Island House is the only house in the game that allows vehicles to be spawned inside. This is likely due to the size of the house.
