I'm applying for this position because I'm experienced (professionally) in moderation. I can handle large groups of people such as active communities. I can deal with real-world issues as well as I can with online. I have the capability to moderate, professionally. This is the perfect position for me and I bet I'll be able to fit in perfectly with the staff team. I have my very own ROBLOX group with over 11k members and I moderate and manage it alone, and I have been doing it for a while now. My main life goals are straight up live, laugh love and kindness for others. I like to see smiles on other people's faces and happiness in others. I've helped many people through tough times and I am very proud of that.
