The Pizza Unicycle is a rare vehicle in Adopt Me!, which could have been obtained through opening the Small, Big, or Massive Gifts for 
70, 199, or 499 respectively.
As of the 2021 Gift Refresh update, the Gifts were replaced with another set of items. It can now only be obtained through trading.
