The Pizza Stroller is a limited rare stroller in Adopt Me! that was previously obtainable from Gifts around December 2018. As the Gifts were updated with new items, it can only be obtained through trading. This stroller can be used to hold a single baby or pet.

The Pizza Stroller bears a resemblance to the Pizza Float with a tan circle with red, pink, and yellow details meant to represent a pepperoni pizza. Something to note is that the bottom of the Pizza Float is much thinner than that of the Pizza Stroller. There is one black wheel on the bottom and a black handlebar.
