The Pink Scooter is classified as a limited common vehicle in Adopt Me! that was available in the old Gifts from around 2018.
It cost 
70 and 199 in the Small and Big Gifts respectively. However, as the Gifts were updated with new items, the Pink Scooter is now unobtainable and could only be obtainable via trading.
Being a vehicle, this item is designed to make getting around the Adoption Island and the Neighborhood easier.
Appearance
The Pink Scooter features a scooter with a pink deck, black handles, and a white strip between the handles, and two wheels attached to the bottom.
Its neon counterpart is the Neon Pink Scooter.
