The Panda Pal was an uncommon toy that you could buy at the Chinese New Year Stand on February 16, 2018, and was never added in the game again ever since the Chinese New Years Update (2018) went away.

It was sold for 70 at the 2018 Chinese New Year's stand during the event and is now unobtainable. Few players have this item. To players that do have this toy, though, it could either obtained it from trading or the 2018 update.

It resembles the Panda pet in Adopt Me!, which has now been added as a game pass pet in the Pet Store during the 2020 Lunar event.
