The Neon Red Skateboard is classified as a limited ultra-rare vehicle in Adopt Me! which was available in the old Gifts rotation sometime around 2018.
It cost 
70, 199, or 499 in the Small, Big, and Massive Gifts. However, as the Gifts were updated with new items, the Neon Red Skateboard is now unobtainable unless through trading.
Being a vehicle, this item is designed to make getting around the Adoption Island easier.
Appearance
The Neon Red Skateboard features a neon red base, and leaves behind a glowing red trail when ridden.
