The Neon Pink Scooter is classified as a limited ultra-rare vehicle in Adopt Me!, which was available an old Gifts rotation sometime around 2018. It cost 
70, 199, or 499 in the Small, Big, and Massive Gifts. However, as the Gifts were updated with new items, the Neon Pink Scooter is now unobtainable unless through trading with other players. As a vehicle, this item is designed to make getting around the Adoption Island an easier task.
