The Nautilus Shell Necklace is a limited uncommon pet accessory in Adopt Me! that was released on October 4, 2020, as part of the Fossil Isle Excavation (2020) event.
It was obtainable by talking to the NPC Henry after discovering the fossils of all the uncommon Fossil Egg pets. Since the event ended on November 11, 2020, the Nautilus Shell Necklace is now only obtainable through trading.
