The Mooncake is a limited common food item in Adopt Me! that was released on September 16, 2021, to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival.
It was obtainable by purchasing it at the Moon Festival Stand near the Playground for 
1. The Mooncake left the game two weeks later on September 30, 2021, and is now only obtainable through trading.
The Mooncake can be used to fulfill the 'Hunger' ailment for babies and pets, taking three uses to fully consume.
