The Mermaid Mansion is a limited gamepass in Adopt Me! which could be purchased for 
340 before the Last Chance House Sale.
On June 7, 2024, the Mermaid Mansion became a part of the Last Chance House Sale, and was on sale for 238. It was removed from the game on June 14, 2024, and is now only obtainable through trading.
Appearance[]
The Mermaid Mansion comes in a bubble that surrounds the house, and there are a couple of clams with pearls outside. Inside the house, there is a pool in the center and some sea-related furniture. It has a total of four rooms. The player can change the color of the shell by changing the color of the house.
