The Luxury Apartments is a 6 story building with 22 rooms. It is available for 8000 Bucks. It is also able to be sold for 6000 Bucks.

At 8000 Bucks, the Luxury Apartment is the most expensive buck-costing house in the game, as well as having the most rooms and floors. The Luxury Apartments's color is customizable.

The inside of the the Luxury Apartment has a spiral staircase connecting every room. The Luxury Apartment has a pool, located in the basement, 5 main rooms, and 16 smaller rooms connected between them. The Luxury Apartment is by default one of the most furnished houses in the game, including a total of 56 furniture (excluding doors) after purchase. Despite this, the Luxury Apartment is rather sparsely decorated in it's original state, as the majority of the furniture are simple props and easter eggs.

The Luxury Apartments have 22 rooms spread between 6 floors and a basement. The rooms are listed from the lowest floor to the highest, and the lights and doors were not counted.

Pool

The Pool/basement room is located at the very bottom of the Luxury Apartments, a floor below the main floor. Most of the room is occupied by a large pool. The left side of the room contains two pink-colored Lounge Chairs, a Wooden Crate and a Crate. The room's wallpaper are the $225 leaves, and it's floor are the $60 white bricks.

Main Floor

The first floor/main floor/entrance of the Luxury Apartments is the room where the player will appear if they entered the building through the main entrance. This room contains an Eastern Couch, a Basic Desk, and Decorative Bread placed on top of the Basic Desk. This room's wallpaper are the $60 white bricks, and it's floor is the $6 grey carpeting.

This is the main room of the second floor of the Luxury Apartments. It connects to three other rooms, and has an exit to a balcony. This room contains a Futuristic Fridge, a Modern Dining Chair and a Stylish TV. The room's default wallpaper are the $45 blue stripes, and it's floor is a $40 orange, blue and white pattern.

This is room is located on the leftmost wall of Third Floor Room 1, and it connects with Third Floor Room 3. This room contains a red Stylish Bed. This room's wallpaper is the $34 dinosaur princess, and it's floor is the $6 gray carpeting.

This is the main room for the Fifth Floor of the Luxury Apartments, and it connects to two other rooms. This is by far the most heavily furnished room in the house, having a total of 21 furniture, most of which is Decorative Bread. It's unknown what this room's intended purpose is, but it is either meant to be used as a mini parkour course or it is supposed to resemble some sort of storage room. This room has 18 Decorative Bread, a Crate, a Small Battle placed on top of the Crate, Magic Candles and Bottles. This room's wallpaper is the $5 old brick wall and it's floor is the $10 wooden floor.

This is the main room of the sixth and last floor in the Luxury Apartments. It has a Modern Couch and Modern Feature TV, both of which are the most expensive furniture to come in bundles with the Luxury Apartments. It has $2 white wall, and it's floor is the $99 blue and white floor pattern.

Sixth Floor Room 2

This is room is connected to Sixth Floor Room 1 and Sixth Floor Room 3. It has a grey Modern Bed. The wallpaper of this room is the $2 white wallpaper, and the floor is the $6 grey carpeting.
