The Luxury Apartments is a 6-story house in Adopt Me! with a total of 22 rooms. It is available for 8,000 and can be sold for 6,000. It can also be obtained through trading.
At 8,000, the Luxury Apartments is the most expensive buck-costing house in the game, as well as having the most rooms and floors. The Luxury Apartments' color is customizable.
The inside of the Luxury Apartments has an L-shaped staircase connecting every floor. The Luxury Apartments has a pool, 5 main rooms, and 16 smaller rooms connected in between.
Rooms[]
Main Floor[]
The main floor of the Luxury Apartments is the room where the player will appear if they entered the building through the main entrance. This room contains an Eastern, a Basic Desk, and Decorative Bread placed on top of the Basic Desk.
Pool[]
The Pool area is located at the very bottom of the Luxury Apartments, below the main floor. The pool area includes two pink-colored Lounge Chairs, a Wooden Crate and a Crate.
Second Floor Room 1[]
It connects to three other rooms, and has an exit to a balcony. This room contains a Futuristic Fridge, a Modern Dining Chair and a Stylish TV.
Second Floor Room 2[]
This room is located across the entrance of Second Floor Room 1. This room contains a red Bunk Bed.
Second Floor Room 3[]
This room is located on the right side of Second Floor Room 1's entrance. It contains a red Modern Pet Bed, a blue Pet Food Bowl, and a Water Trough.
Third Floor Room 1[]
This is the main room of the third floor of the Luxury Apartments. It connects to two other rooms, and has an exit to the balcony. This room contains an orange Normal Fridge, a yellow Booth Sofa, and a Normal TV.
Third Floor Room 2[]
This is room is located on the left wall of Third Floor Room 1, and it connects with Third Floor Room 3. This room contains a red Stylish Bed.
Third Floor Room 3[]
This room is located right across the entrance to Third Floor Room 2 and is connected to it. This room contains an orange Cheap Bathtub.
Fourth Floor Room 1[]
This is the main room of the Fourth Floor of the Luxury Apartments. This room is connected to three other rooms, and has an exit to the balcony. It contains a white Booth Sofa and a Normal TV.
Fourth Floor Room 2[]
This room is located to the right of Fourth Floor Room 2's entrance. It contains a red Pet House and black Modern Pet Bowls.
Fourth Floor Room 3[]
This room is located right across the entrance to Fourth Floor Room 1, and it connects to Fourth Floor Room 4. It has a blue Basic Bed.
Fourth Floor Room 4[]
This room is connected to Fourth Floor Room 3. It has a Toilet.
Fifth Floor Room 1[]
This is by far the most heavily furnished room in the house, having a total of 21 furniture, most of which is Decorative Bread. It's unknown what this room's intended purpose is, but it is either meant to be used as a mini parkour course, or it is supposed to resemble some sort of storage room. This room has 18 Decorative Bread, a Crate, a Small Battle placed on top of the Crate, Magic Candles, and Bottles.
Fifth Floor Room 2[]
This room is connected to Fifth Floor Room 2. It has 2 Wooden Crates and a Crate. One of the Wooden Crates is placed on top of the Crate.
Fifth Floor Room 3[]
This room is connected to Fifth Floor Room 3. It has two Crates.
Sixth Floor Room 1[]
This is the main room of the sixth and last floor in the Luxury Apartments. This room includes a modern couch and a Modern Feature TV, both of which are the most expensive furniture to come in bundles with the Luxury Apartments.
Sixth Floor Room 2[]
This is room is connected to Sixth Floor Room 1 and Sixth Floor Room 3. This room includes a gray Modern Bed.
Sixth Floor Room 3[]
This room is connected to Sixth Floor Room 2. This room includes a toilet.
Sixth Floor Room 4[]
This room is connected to Sixth Floor Room 1. This room includes a red Deluxe Bed.
Sixth Floor Room 5[]
This room is connected to Sixth Floor Room 4. This room includes a toilet which is connected to the wall.
Trivia[]
- The Luxury Apartments and the Millionaire Mansion are the only two houses in the game that have clearly defined parking spaces. The Luxury Apartments has two parking spaces as opposed to the singular parking lot featured in the Millionaire Mansion, however, the two parking spaces in the Luxury Apartments are harder to park in due to their low clearance.
- The Luxury Apartments is the biggest and most expensive house that costs Bucks in the game.
- Every level has a balcony with a door leading to it.
