The Leaf Crown is a common pet accessory in Adopt Me!. It was given to players for free during the Fall Event (2020). It was released on October 14, 2020, alongside the event. Since its respective event has ended, the Leaf Crown is now unavailable. The Leaf Crown cannot be traded.

The Leaf Crown features a brown twig-like crown shaped in a ring and wraps around the pet's head. Spread across the top are several smaller branches with red-orange front leaves. This accessory is worn on a pet’s head.
