General Use

Houses are used as a place to clean up your baby or fill up their sleepiness bar. It's also a place for privacy and for comfort.
Since the update on July 12th, 2018, you get your very own house without having to rent a house!

Tiny Home

Tiny homes are the starting house you receive when spawning into the new update. They are free, and include furniture.

Family Home

Family Homes are bigger, containing 2 floors with furniture. Family homes are not free and cost 489 bucks.

Estate

Estate homes have two floors, like the Family home, but are much larger which now contain 5 rooms which are all fully decorated with furniture when bought. They are not free, like the Tiny Home, and are more expensive than the Family Home.

Mansion

Mansion homes have three floors, which is bigger than all of the homes. Mansion homes have 6 rooms, which include 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, and a kitchen. They are not free, like the Tiny Home, and are more expensive than the Estate.

Party House

Party Houses are the most expensive houses in Adopt Me!. They are decorated on the outside, with lights on the deck. When buying the Party House, you gain 6 rooms which include a kitchen, one bathroom, one bedroom and two floors that contain no furniture.
