The Halloween White Ghost Balloon is a limited uncommon toy in Adopt Me!. It could be bought during the Halloween Event (2021) for 
60 in the Halloween Shop. Like all balloons in the game, its only function is allowing a player to jump higher. It can now only be obtained by trading, as the event has ended.
