The Guitar Case is a limited rare pet accessory in Adopt Me! that was released on April 28, 2022, as part of the Accessory Chest update.
It could have been obtained through purchasing and unboxing the Regal Chest for 
300 or the Standard Chest for 105; players had a 20% and 7.5% chance of getting it from these gifts, respectively.
On September 29, 2022, the Regal Chest and Standard Chest were updated to contain new items, and the Guitar Case was removed from the game. This pet accessory can now only be obtained by trading with other players.

The Guitar Case resembles a gray guitar case adorned with colorful stickers. This pet accessory is worn on a pet's back.
