The Futuristic House is a house that has five rooms; two bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchen, a living room, and an additional pool and balcony. It costs 
2,500. Many view this as the best house for a party, since it is one of the biggest houses that do not cost 
Robux. This house has two floors, one with a door leading to the balcony and an additional indoor pool at the opening door's right leading downstairs to the pool. Unlike many other houses, the color of this house is not customizable.
Appearance
On the outside of the Futuristic House, there is a small wooden structure with lights and vines hanging from the frame. It is also where most people call the "parking spot", where vehicles can be parked. There is a balcony extending on top of the area with the door. The door is hidden behind the front of the house with non-interactable sofas and seats.

- Lots of players have this house since it is at an affordable price and is reasonably large.
- The exterior makes it look much smaller than it actually is, consistent with the rest of the house.
- Furniture cannot be placed on the balcony or at the front of the house.
