The Rat is a limited rare pet in Adopt Me! that was released on January 24, 2020, along with the Lunar New Year (2020) event. As the event has ended, it can now only be obtained through trading or by opening any remaining Rat Boxes.
Players have a 93.33% chance of obtaining a Rat from a Rat Box.

The Rat has a dark gray body, a pink tail, beady black eyes, a pink nose, dark gray paws, and gray oval ears with pink insides.

Neon Appearance[]

The Mega Neon Rat glows in the same areas as Neon Rat, except those areas cycle through the colors of the rainbow.
