The Golden Clam is a legendary single-use food item in Adopt Me! that was released on May 12, 2022, as part of the Snow Weather Update. It can be used to tame various kinds of Albatrosses.
It is obtainable by purchasing it in the Snowy Igloo Shop or on the Shop GUI for 
199; the Golden Clam is only available on the 28th of every available month for 36 hours at a time. It is also obtainable through trading.
Upon throwing a Golden Clam, players can either tame an Albatross, Golden Albatross, or Diamond Albatross.
The sign next to it displays the chances of obtaining each type of Albatross.
The Process of Taming an Albatross[]
In order to tame an Albatross, the player must be in the Snowy Igloo Shop.
First, players must equip a Golden Clam from their inventory and click anywhere on their screen to throw it. Then, the Albatrosses present in the Snowy Igloo Shop will start to fly around the Golden Clam. After a partial wait, a certain type of Albatross (either a Albatross, Golden Albatross, or Diamond Albatross) will interact with the Golden Clam and consume it, and say the dialogue, "Mmmmm, clams."
Once the Albatross finishes eating, it will be placed automatically into the player's inventory.
