The Ferris Wheel Propeller is a limited rare toy in Adopt Me! that was released as part of the Halloween Event (2019). It was purchasable in the Candy Trading Shop for 
10,000. As the event has ended, it is now only obtainable through trading.

The Ferris Wheel Propeller features a brown handle topped with a brown ferris wheel that spins when in use.
Usage[]
To interact with this item, the player can click anywhere on their screen to be propelled upwards. To stop, a player must jump while the propeller is in use.
