The Expandable Friendly Home is a house in Adopt Me! that was released on August 31, 2023, along with the Expandable Hillside Mansion and the Expandable Luxury Mansion.
Players can purchase the Expandable Friendly Home for 
675. This house has four available expansions, which include the second floor for 500, basement for 125, rear extension for 250, and side extension for 325. These extensions can be added/removed at any time. The Expandable Friendly Home can also be obtained through trading.

The Expandable Friendly Home features a regular-shaped house with a chimney and a black roof. There are two huge trees behind it, as well as smaller trees next to the house, and a pavement for a vehicle. The Second Floor adds a small block with a window above the main roof, the Rear Extension extends the rear, and the Side Extension adds a large block with a window on the left side.
The default interior of the Expandable Friendly Home consists of a gray floor and beige walls. The main area has four rooms, with the front room having two large plants and pet bowls, the main room being a lounge that features a television and a fireplace, a bedroom on the left, and a smaller lounge on the right. The second floor adds six rooms, with one room having an upstairs staircase. The basement adds four rooms with one room having a downstairs staircase. The rear extension adds three rooms, and the side extension adds four rooms, with one room having raised block with a ladder. The extensions' rooms are empty by default.
