The Dodo is a limited legendary pet, which was released in Adopt Me! on October 10, 2020. Its release was confirmed in the Fossil Isle Excavation Event, which started on October 2, 2020. As it is now unavailable, it can only be obtained by trading or hatching any remaining Fossil Eggs. Players have a 5% chance of hatching a legendary pet from the Fossil Egg, but only a 2.5% chance of hatching a Dodo.

Appearance

The Dodo features a small pink dodo bird with beady black eyes. It has pale purple and mint colored feathers on the tail with two small wings. On the wings of the Dodo, it is lavender with sky-blue and pastel-toned feathers. The Dodo additionally comes with yellow feet. It includes a long, yellow beak, and there is purple on the tip. There are two small pink feathers that are located on top of its head.

Neon Appearance

The Neon Dodo glows bright blue on its beak, the two little feathers on the top of its head, the tips of its wings, and its feet.

Mega Neon Appearance

The Mega Neon Dodo cycles through the colours of the rainbow on its beak, the two little feathers on top of its head, the tips of its wings, and its feet, which are the same areas as the Neon Dodo.

Trivia

• The Dodo was the first confirmed pet revealed to the public by Adopt Me! to be in the Fossil Egg.
• When fed a Fly-A-Pet Potion, it grows wings instead of using its original wings. This is because the Dodo was a flightless bird.
• The Dodo was originally teased as the Pink Dodo before it was renamed to Dodo.
• The Dodo is the 11th pet in the Bird Family to be released into the game.
