195 (formerly 225) or through trading.
Players have a 2.5% chance of obtaining a Diamond King Penguin from the Golden Goldfish.

The Diamond King Penguin features a plump reflective blue body with a white underbelly and blue feet. Its beak is blue on top and has a white bottom. It has black eyes on its face and a tuft of fur on its head.
