The Cool Quad Skates are a common pet accessory in Adopt Me! that were released on April 28, 2022, as part of the first Accessory Chest rotation.
It can be obtained through purchasing and unboxing the Regal Chest for 
300, or the Standard Chest for 105; players have a 20% and 60% of getting it from these boxes, respectively. These boxes can be found in the Accessory Shop.
The Cool Quad Skates can also be obtained through trading.
Appearance
The Cool Quad Skates feature two bright red skates. Each skate has two light blue wheels attached to the bottom, along with two white criss-crossed laces. This pet accessory goes on a pet's feet.
