The Cool Quad Skates are a limited common pet accessory in Adopt Me! that were released on April 28, 2022, as part of the first Accessory Chest rotation.
It could have been be obtained through unboxing the Regal Chest or the Standard Chest; players have a 20% and 60% chance of getting a common item from these boxes, respectively, although only a 2% and 6% chance of getting Cool Quad Skates. These boxes can be found in the Accessory Shop.
On September 29, 2022, the Regal Chest and Standard Chest were updated to contain new items, and the Cool Quad Skates were removed from the game. This Pet Accessory can now only be obtained by trading with other players.

The Cool Quad Skates feature two bright red skates. Each skate has two light blue wheels attached to the bottom, along with two white criss-crossed laces. This pet accessory goes on a pet's feet.
