The Cloud Car is a one-seated legendary Vehicle. It is a cloud, and on top of it is a rainbow, no steering wheel, and no wheels. When it is driven, it leaves a special effect rainbow trail behind. This car's rarity is legendary and no longer obtainable unless by trading. It was available from the Gifts.
