Much like the other temporary Gifts Display legendary vehicles, it was only available for one week at a time, and if a player did not unbox it from a Gift before the deadline, they had to wait before it became available as a prize again. Previously, it was on rotation with the Banana Car and the Hoverboard.
As of the 2021 Gift Refresh update, the Choo Choo Train was replaced with another rotation of legendary vehicles. It can now only be obtained through trading.
Handling & Speed
The Choo Choo Train is one of the slowest vehicles in the game and can be outrun by most other multi-passenger vehicles. Its sheer length makes it almost impossible to maneuver, and its railcars have the tendency to get stuck, especially when it is initially spawned. The Choo Choo Train, like the Traveling House, is incredibly impractical for actual use due to its sheer size and is therefore mostly used for roleplaying or trading.
The Choo Choo Train is headed by an antique steam-powered locomotive with a navy blue base, a gold trim, and two lanterns attached to it, one in the front and one on the left side. The lanterns glow at night, and steam blows out of the blast-pipe while it moves. The design seems to be based on typical American steam locomotives built in the 19th century (the 1800s). The Choo Choo Train has 5 box-shaped railcars connected to it. Five out of the six available seats are railcars, with the driver's seat being in the locomotive. The railcars have the same color pattern as the locomotive itself, also sharing the same wheels. The railcars of the Choo Choo Train don't resemble any sort of real-life railcar, but they do share a similarity to mine-carts (despite the fact that mine-carts aren't pulled by steam locomotives).
