The Chocolate Twist is a limited common food item in Adopt Me!. It was obtainable during the Sweet Street event in May 2018 for 
5 alongside Chocolate, Chocolate Drop, and the Ice Tub.
This item can be used to fulfill a baby or pet's 'Hungry' task and takes 3 bites/interactions to fully deplete the item. When eaten by a player, the Chocolate Twist can boost a player's walk speed for a short period of time. It is now no longer obtainable unless through trading, as the event is now over.
Trivia
- When fed to a pet, the Chocolate Twist transforms into an Apple. The Adopt Me! Developers explain that this is because pets cannot eat chocolate in reality without getting sick and it is extremely unhealthy for pets to consume it.
