The Chocolate Milk is a drink that can be bought for 2 Bucks and can be used five times before it disappears from a player's inventory.
It can be found next to the Blueberry Pie and Raspberry Pie in the Supermarket or in the V.I.P room.
The Chocolate Milk can be used to quench a baby or pet's thirst.

- A V.I.P Variant of the Chocolate Milk, known as the VIP Chocolate Milk, can be found in the VIP Area inside of the nursery. VIP players may enter the area and consume the VIP Chocolate Milk for free.
- When fed to a pet, the Chocolate Milk transforms into the Water. The Adopt Me! Developers explain that this was because regular pets cannot drink chocolate in reality without getting sick.
