The Carrot On A Stick is a limited uncommon pet accessory in Adopt Me! that was released on April 28, 2022, as part of the Accessory Chest update.
It could have been obtained through purchasing and unboxing the Regal Chest for 
300 or the Standard Chest for 105; players had a 50% and 30% chance of getting it from these gifts, respectively.
On September 29, 2022, the Regal Chest and Standard Chest were updated to contain new items, and the Carrot On A Stick was removed from the game. This pet accessory can now only be obtained by trading with other players.

The Carrot On A Stick features a curved brown stick with a dangling black string. A carrot with a leafy stem is tied to the tip of the string. This pet accessory goes on a pet's head.
