The Cactus Friend Hat is a rare pet accessory in Adopt Me! that was released on April 28, 2022, as part of the Accessory Chest update. It can be obtained through purchasing and unboxing the Regal Chest for 
300, or the Standard Chest for 105; players have a 20% and 7.5% of getting it from these gifts, respectively. The Cactus Friend Hat can also be obtained through trading.
Appearance
The Cactus Friend Hat features a round, spherical green cactus with two short legs and a flat pink flower on the top of its head. It has small spikes all over its body, and features a face on its front. This pet accessory is worn on a pet's head.
Trivia
The Cactus Friend Hat is the pet accessory version of the Cactus Friend.
