The Buttoned Front is a limited uncommon pet accessory in Adopt Me! that was released on April 20, 2023, as part of the 2023 Gift and Accessory Refresh Update. It could have been obtained through purchasing and unboxing the Regal Chest for 
300 or the Standard Chest for 105; players had a 50% and 30% chance of getting it from these gifts, respectively.
On November 9, 2023, the Regal Chest and Standard Chest were updated to contain new items, and the Buttoned Front was removed from the game. This pet accessory can now only be obtained by trading with other players.

The Buttoned Front features two pink buttons with orange stitching vertical to one another. This accessory goes on a pet's chest.
