Bastet is an NPC that was introduced during the Desert Weather Map Update. They can be found in the Desert Shop beside the Mud Ball. When players interact with Bastet, they will greet them and recite a short poem.

Bastet is an Abyssinian Cat wearing a nemes.

- Bastet is an NPC animal who can talk, along with Beetrice, Lily, Speedy The Penguin, Sir Woofington, and Rex.
- Bastet appears to be wearing the Nemes, a pet accessory available in the Desert Shop.
- Bastet's fur changed from black to gold after the release of the Abyssinian Cat on February 15, 2022.
