The Balloon Stroller is an item that can be found in the Sky Castle to the left of the Colored Strollers. After purchasing a balloon stroller, you can color stripes on the balloon with whatever color you would like. The Balloon Stroller is only used to transport your baby or pet and does not have any other uses. It can only transport one baby/pet at a time.
