Okay first things first! Your first question how to make a NEON parrot : You need to obtain 4 parrots ALL FULLY GROWN then the tan/gray road/bridge next to the tea shop and icecream shop under it theres a hidden door where theres a place with 5 glowing circles one in the middle 4 around it and u place each parrot on the 4 around it and it creates a NEON PARROT! Second thing you asked is about a neon parrot for neon giraffe... Neon giraffe is better since you cannot obtain it but don't worrie if you find someone who wants to do it you can do it! And a Golden penquin is prob NOT worth a parrot just because Parrots will be limited SOON! And for the last one why does no one trade for griffins? Some people do! But its just a opinion because people say griffin is trash since you can buy it instead of getting it from a egg with luck! ( Sorry if this is long hope it helps! )
